  1. I have a strange problem. It does not occur all the time, but when I burn a movie the picture sometimes get all cracked up and the sound too.
Some of the times it only lasts for a minute or two but on other occasions the movie is no longer playable and the DVD-player locks.
I have tried it on different players with the same result, I have also tried burning it at lower speeds.

Does anyone have a clue why this happens?
I would really appreciate all kinds of suggestions.

And that's the bottom line, cause StoneCold said so

  2. Maybe there's some connection with the media that you're burning on. Have you tested with different CD-R or CD-RW?

Sounds like either your burner or windows is at fault,i had a problem burning cdr on my burner till i found out the nforce2 ide drivers were causing the problem and it was fixed when i installed the default ms ide drivers.
    I think,therefore i am a hamster.
