  1. Ok i have a DVD that i wanna burn........i use Virtual Dub to split the file in half so i can burn it onto two disk's. But when i open the dvd with VD i get this error......

Virtual Dub has detected an improper VBR audio in the source AVI file and will rewrite the audio header with standard CBR values during processing for better compatibility. This may introduce up to 30717 ms of skew from the video stream. If this is unacceptable, decompress the *entire* audio stream to an uncompressed WAV file and recompress with a constant bitrate encoder. (bitrate: 131.0 + 18.4 kbps).

Can anyone please tell me what that means and what i have to do to fix it, because i ignored that message last time and split the dvd in half and when i burned em both the sound and video were way off they weren't together. So please help, Thanks.

  5. "It takes me between an 1 1/2 hours and an hour (depending on what size a dvd, and I never do deep analysis) to convert using dvdshrink"

Thats about right for a 1.4ghz system.
