  1. i have sonic mydvd and im tryin to burn a movie with a separate subtitle file. any kind of clues would help.. (im a newb)

    What kind of sub file is it, and you may have to use a freeware program called IfoEdit to burn subtitles in asw ell.

    If you want a permanent subtitle, use Virtual Dub mod, load the video, select the Subtitler or TextSub filter, and codec. Save.

    For a selectable subtitle, it can be a .sup file. The AVI should be encoded to a m2v file, the audio can be wave, mpa, or AC3 file. Use IfoEdit's DVD Author-->Author New DVD menu.
