  1. Can somebody tell me a couple of the best text to speech software out there..... especially the ones that let u output .wav and .mp3 for editing......

    SayIt from Analogx.com is a freeware, it's okay.

    there was one that used to come with SoundBlaster cards called DrSBaitso, you might be able to find it somewhere.

  3. go to www.webattack.com and check out the text to speech part under freeware. I used one and it is really good. TTS has come ALONG way since I got into the TELCOM biz.
