Can somebody tell me a couple of the best text to speech software out there..... especially the ones that let u output .wav and .mp3 for editing......

SayIt from Analogx.com is a freeware, it's okay.
there was one that used to come with SoundBlaster cards called DrSBaitso, you might be able to find it somewhere.- housepig

go to www.webattack.com and check out the text to speech part under freeware. I used one and it is really good. TTS has come ALONG way since I got into the TELCOM biz.
