My experience with Meritline is very disappointing too. I found out, after i got my order of course, for the past three months, Meritline has been selling 4x Ricoh DVD+r as 8x Ritek DVD+R at premium prices, even though they received multiple complaints about this.
I tested and ID the dvd+r they sent me and found out they ripped me off. I contacted Meritline but their returns dept does dont admit they are doing this. They said I can get a return label but the guy in charge of it never got back to me and never sent it. I ended up spending six bucks to return the wrong dvd+r they sent me. Now I'm worried about getting my refund because there are many complaints about Meritline not refunding for many months. I don't have time with bother with poor customer service.
People who like Meritline are probably those who never had to get any customer service from them. I suggest not to order anything from a company with such poor customer service issues and purposely sends out cheap dvd in place of higher quality ones.
Surprisingly Meritline has a forum and you can read all the disgruntled customers complaining about their piss poor service.
