  1. I have been looking into setting up a system to record VCDs from VHS. I am at work, and have a ATI AIW 128 PCI 16MB video card. It is not connected to anything, but to familiarize myself with the hardware, I installed Virtualdub. I can not get it to find the capture device. I have installed the MMC 6.3 and the wrapper. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

    Win 98SE
    750 MHz Pentium III
    256MB PC-100 SDRAM
    20GB 7200 RPM HD
4.13.7192 Driver for the vid card

    Thanks in advance.

  2. Check whether the capture device driver is installed. Go to the Control Panel, click Multimedia / Sound & Multimedia, go to Devices and check that under the video capture devices, the proper driver is installed. In Virtualdub, you can then confirm the capture device is the correct one.

  3. I have a same problem. I used to capture without any problem but suddenly i don't get any signal of my tv tuner on VirtualDub, just blue screen.
    What could be the problem?

  4. The drivers I have are:
    ATI Multimedia Video Driver
ATI Specialized PCD WDM VBI Codec

    ATI WDM TV Audio Crossbar
    ATI WDM TV Tuner
