Help with TMPGEnc plz!

I'm trying to encode a video for DVD burning. Long story short, It has always taken me about 2 hours to enocoded a video. Today for some odd reason TMPGEnc is taking 4 more hours (6hours total) to encode a video. The video isn't any longer then any other movie I do, and I haven't changed to settings at all.

hum, I don't know if this has anything to do with that but, I had a TMPGEnc problem, it didn't read a *.avi file, it was due to the codec I was using. I also converted to DVD in 1-2h now 4h. I think it is due to the codec you use.
