swf to gif help plz

hi all i wants to know if there is a tool to convert a swf to gif . i tried ALEO swf to gif and some other but can't get it work. when i click button "convert" it is giving me a gif image only first frame not displaying all images of that .swf file. please any help as this is very important project of my site. Thanks

Try ffmpeg or with gui for it like winff, super, etc.

But not all swf can be converted that easily. Then play the swf and screen capture with for example camstudio. Convert the captured video to gif using ffmpeg.

thanks Baldrick this time i am on windows 7 platform and downloaded it but it's not working, i think ffmpeg is not compatible with this version of windows. i will try later on other windows version or linux and will let you know thatnks for taking time to reply my post.
