Who knows how to prevent TDA from making ANY
menus at all. I've set the first play to the movie , but
when the movie is over I get a default ugly menu.
Last time I fixed it by deleting IFOs and VTS_01_0.vob
and Creating new IFOs with Ifoedit which takes time .

  2. There is a "no menu" option when you pick your menu theme. Although TDA does warn you against using multiple tracks when you select the "no menu" option.

    Hope this helps

    1. Create New Project
    2. Add file
now what - create Menu ?
OK 3. All I get is "Cannot edit this menu theme" You want another ? NO !

I don't see options anywhere to do "no menu"

I will be eternally grateful if you would tell us more details

  4. In the list where you select the type of menu (Cool, etc.) the very first choice is "No Menu".

Selecting it will put a black screen with some information on it. The screen WILL NOT appear on your disc.

The First Play will also change to "Play all tracks".

(Not at home otherwise I would give screen caps.)

Thank you very much GbMedusa and Turtle49
    Brain Damage here. Since I didn't want a menu , I didn't look
in the menu types. I'm spozed to know better.

  6. I've found that TDA make menu anyway, even though it is a some kind of black screen. Here what I did.

I author DVD with TDA w/wo menu and if I burn with TDA then menu will appear at the end of movie or when you press menu button. If I burn with something else, let's say Nero, then menu will appear at first when insert the disc into player. So I'am not sure what is the good way to use TDA without "no menu" option.
