I would like to capture video as a WMV file that will be uploaded to a Windows 2003 Server running the new Windows Media Services. The streamed WMV files will be viewed ONLY on Pocket PC devices. This URL has a good step-by-step for doing this.

But here's the kicker. What I need to do from the capture side is capture portions of the video on the way in. For example as the video is coming in, I would like the ability to push a button on the screen that takes that last 15 seconds of video and save it out to a WMV file. That WMV file might be uploaded to the streaming server or it might be sent to a video editor to edit it down to a smaller size than the last 15 seconds. In the meantime, the live video feed is still being captured as many another 15 seconds of video might be desired to be captured out to a file. Also, I only need video and not the audio feed.
Does anyone know software that can do this? I'd really appreciate some assistance with this.
Thanks,
Brian
