    I have just purchased a dvd and want to back it up but it's protected.
    How do i rip it to my hard drive?

    DVD Decrypter, on the other hand, reads are more constant making it easier on your hardware.

    Just rip to a HDD folder, then shrink it from there. Makes since to me.

    They say using DVDShrink to rip with isn't a good idea. If you're shrinking the DVD while you rip it hits the DVD drive with multiple reads thats hard on its head. This can wear out your drive pretty quickly.

    I have found the water!!!!!

    I have found the water but some one has stolen my flip flops.
    very funny.
    Anyway i used dvd decrypter to rip files to hard drive,
    Mode...
    Iso...
    Read
    Thats the reading to my drive"but not vobs"the 3 files are as follows
    1 1oo file size 4,194,302kb
    1 101 file size 2.824,806kb
    1 mds file 5kb

    I have virtual daemon to create a virtual drive.I then use dvd shrink2.3. Go to open files and the DVD navigation files cannot be found.

  11. Dont rip in ISO mode. Use File mode. Pick a directory... start... wait... and boom a folder filled with the DVD contents. And boom is a bad choice of words when talking about doing something on a computer... oh well.
