    Does anyone have anything positive or negative to say about the Pinnacle PCTV Deluxe? I was thinking about purchasing one, but I want to know how the video/audio quality is before I do. TIA for any info.

    hm i use pctv pro to me is trouble to create vcd but gd is can rec vcr

    think this one also the same just only is external..

    think best is get a hardware encodeR?
