    simple problem: downloaded an xvid (made sure it was by running avicodec). i have xvid codec, but when i play the movie i get sound but all i get is green video.
    tried installing other codecs.... probably tried 3 different ones.
    still no money.... any advice?

    Use the AviC (FourCC Changer) thats in the xvid program shortcuts and browse to the avi file and change it from xvid to divx on both columns.
