    I see that SVCDtoDVD 1.5 can put 5 movies on 1 dvd. Question is does it compress the svcd to fit it on 1 dvd? Just wondering cause most of my movies i use are at least 1GB or more. Thanks guys. And Chrissyboy great work on the programs i use (S)VCDtoDVDMPG and then TMPGEnc to make menus and burn, its Flawless everytime. Thanks

    Can or Should?

    No it can't, that's an erroneous statement. 5 movies will run a minimum of 7 1/2 hours. You aren't going to fit that on a DVD unles it's a VCD-DVD, even thin your out of bitrate to do it. You SVCD's should be 1.6 GB each, maybe 2.4 GB. Doing some quick math tells you you can get 2 movies, usually, per disk.

    SVCD2DVD v2.5, AVI/MPEG/HDTV/AviSynth/h264->DVD, PAL->NTSC conversion.

    Hi,

    no problem to get 5 movies on 1 DVD.
    Use DVDShrink.

    My best result was 9 CD (SVCD) on 1 DVD.

    It was great first use svcd2dvd to create the vob structure.
    it will be a 6.5 GB DVD
    Then use DVDShrink to fit it to a 4.7 DVD.

    And burn the result on a normal DVD Disc

    ready

    greets timo
