I have a multiplexed m2v file created and would like to know what I need to do next in order to create a DVD image so I can burn in Roxio Toast.
This was a file created from a raw .dv file converted to and m2v file.
Do I need to split the audio and video in order to create the image?

Use IFOEDIT to create VOB,IFO,BUP files then use BurnatOnce to burn(unless Roxio can burn VOB files).

a m2v file is video only. But I would use either IFOEdit to create a DVD file structure or use TMPGEnc DVD Author to do the same thing. You will need the audio file reguardless of which method you use. Then when you have a Video_ts directory on your computer just use any burning software to make a data disc and have it put the Video_ts directory on the disc, you need the directory and the files in it, not just the files in the directory.
Ejoc's CVD Page:
DVDDecrypter -> DVD2AVI -> Vobsub -> AVISynth -> TMPGEnc -> VCDEasy
DVD:
DVDShrink -> RecordNow DX
Capture:
VirualDub -> AVISynth -> QuEnc -> ffmpeggui -> TMPGEnc DVD Author
