This development just materialized earlier today.
HC Encoder apparently only encodes/processed the video fed into it leaving the orginal audio/.wav file intact.
I need a dvd compliant MPEG-2 file with MPEG- layer II audio.
AC3 audio doesn't work in my particular case.
What muxer/tool(s) are up to the task without re-encoding the video?
How would you solve this?

toast won't do wav, so using mpg file instead of m2v file gets round that?
