    Follwing a clean install of XP-Pro [not updated], .NET, TMPGenc (free), PowerDVD-XP, DivX5.10 codec, Zone Alarm, Ghost 2003 & SVCD2DVD I'm testing chapter creation.

    If I creat an Mpeg2 video-only file with TMPGenc and then use SVCD2DVD to do the mpg>vob phase then SVCD2DVD on produces a 16K VOB and nothing else.
