I know you can use nero and just click it as an image file or whatever to a VCD,
but how about to a dvd?
an I no longer have nero, but I could get it though if I need it,
but cant this also be done straight thru win xo somehow?
its been a long while since ive tryed to burn a bin/cue file,
an ive never tried to put it to dvd?

You can burn a bin/cue to a DVD sure, the question is are the archived files in DVD format?
You have several choices:
1) Just burn bin/cue file. CDRDAO can do this, do a google search and look for XDupilcator too (it's a GUI for CDRDAO). CDRDAO is also bundled w/ VCDEasy and several other programs.
2) Mount image. You can use DAEMON tools and other programs to mount the bin file and generate a virtual drive.
3) ISOBuster (I think it does bin/cue too) to re-generate the archived files.
