burning VideoCD toolkit

Any help! I've followed the VCDTK2 tutorials, created the *.cd file no probs, but I can't burn the disk following the instructions in the tutorial. I'm using the demo of Gear pro 5.02. Has any one found a way to burn toolkit with any other burner, or are there any clearer instuctions for using Gear pro.

use tocsplitter and cdrwin. MOST VERSIONS OF NERO WILL NOT BURN A CORRECT DISC.

i think winoncd supports the *.toc and *.cd format without any modification, but winoncd is hard to get these days.

I've used TOCspliiter and generated Nero compatible bin/cue
and burned it using Nero 5551.
Plays ok on PowerDVD but has problems on my standalone dvd-player which normally plays my vcds.
I've used an intro-mpeg and a menu to view still sequences, maybe the intro-mpeg is confusing my standalone.

Nero is does not burn CUE/BIN images properly and that could be (most likely) the source of your problem.

The best programs to burn a CUE/BIN image are CDRWin, Fireburner and CDRDAO.

Are there any guides for burning *.cd or *.toc with WinOnCD 3.8?
