Real Files to VCD conversion

Hi all

Another newby query!

How do I convert both audio & video .RAM & .RM files to VCD? Will my Nero 5+ be able to do it or will I need to download something to convert before I try & create a VCD.

I should point out this will be a basic CD/VCD I can play on my DVD. I'm not too fussed about it not playing on my PC. And I know the quality of RM/RAM is not great but I need to get these big files off my PC!

I use E O video www.eovideo.com , to convert .rm or .ram to MPEG but be aware that the quality may be poor.
