  1. I have used IUVCR and it works great, the only issue I have is that it saves my recordings in AVI1. Premier does not seem to like these files. I have tried to convert the files with a few applications, but the sounds get's messed up.

So does anyone know of a way to get IUVCR to save these into a AVI2 format. Now I have tried other CODECs but for what ever reason my recordings crap out using these ones.

So any suggestions or help would be great.

  2. I'm using PicVideo MJPEG (quality 19)
If you want it deinterlace in iuVCR add LEAD TOOLS Video Deinterlace filter (just save LMVDeitrE.DLL filter from EVAL)

  4. You need to register the dll from command-prompt,
    regsvr32 LMVDeitrE.DLL
Then just go to Filters tab in iuVCR, and add the Lead deinterlace filter.

  5. Does LMVDeitrE.DLL have to be resident in the IUVCR folder or somewhere else?
i've installed the lead Multimedia Filter Pack en tried to load the deinterlace filter in IUVRC wich gave me an error "19:23:58:75 ERROR: Connection to LEAD Video Deinterlace Filter failed (error code: 80040207)"

so i tried putting LMVDeitrE.DLL in the IUVCR folder and executing regsvr32 LMVDeitrE.DLL. Still no luck.

now i tried uninstalling the lead Multimedia Filter Pack, but every time i start IUVCR i still get the lead demo nag screen and the filters are still there so i'm stuck with these filters on my pc
