I have readed in a forum that in one DVD can fit up to 6 hours of a movie.
Is that true? If so, in wich format (VCD, SVCD, DVD compliant ) must be the movie? with wich bitrate (Video and Audio) I have to conevrt it (or Capturate it)? Any help woul be very very apreciated. Thanks in advance.

If 6 hour then it would be about vcd quality,
352x240/288 (you can use higher resolutions but it will probably make it worse)
    1497 kbit/s mpeg1 or mpeg2 video
    192 kbit/s mpeg1 or ac3 audio

you could also try a www.kvcd.net tmpgenc template if you are converting with tmpgenc.

  5. Is there some reason why you cannot split your movie into two DVD's and put them in a dual case?
The quality of a 6 hour DVD would be horrible!
Just what is this reality thing anyway?
