    Hello all,

    I'm new to this stuff, I've red the guides and posts of trying to convert a PAL DVD to NTSC DVD standard, but the guides online are outdated, I'm sure the steps are correct at that time, but with new software and new operating system, some of them just don't applied anymroe.

    This is what I had on my machine

    WinXP
    TMPGEnc (latest version)
    DVD2AVI (latest version)

    If possible, can some one tell me a step by step instruction on how do I convert a PAL DVD to NTSC DVD using those latest softwares? Very appreciated. Thanks.
