  1. Hi there i have burned many SVCDs and almost all the time when i get to say the 30 minute point of playing it in my DVD player i get what appears to be randon blocks scattering accross the picture i have tired the created svcd in my computer and though its not as bad there it still does it a little. Is there anyway of overcoming this? I have tried using differant burning programs but they all do the same I arent sure if its the burner or the media im using or what I changed media and it still does it but i heard blue dye media is more compatible with CD players i dont know if that is true or not and i havent tried it yet but i have some on order If its the burner or if anyone have had this problem do they know of a better DVD writer or CD burner that wont do that as im thinking of getting a new DVD or CD burner anyway
    Hope you can help

  2. how fast you burning?? try burning at 4X max.

blockiness near the end usually means bad media/bad burn

do you label your disc w/ marker or sticky labels?
