What programs are there that can create a multichannel(5) audiofile that can be mixed down correctly to dolby surround/pro logic?
I need to know this cause me and some friends is doing a big school project and we are doing a movie wich is going to be played back for the whole class in a room with a projector and a surround system. We decided to get the highest grade by doing a multichannel audiotrack and advanced video editing. as for now it seens that we can only do stereo sound and somehow mix that together. that wont be easy. Please help me.
Please if you know any program with these funktions tell me.

Hey, I asked the same question a while ago... here's the link to the responses I got. http://www.vcdhelp.com/phpBB/viewtopic.php?topic=57873&forum=4 I tried the method that vitualis offers.. and it works pretty good. Good luck with your project!
