    I have tried to make a couple of vcd's but none of them have worked. The last try I at least got my jvc dvd player to recognize them. My computer is only a celeron 500mhz. and the capture card is an ati all in wonder pro. I am using mgi videowave 2 for the software for the making of my previous mpegs. I tried to convert them over to the right specs with tmpegenc 2.0 and haven't had any luck. I did use the settings on the conversion page. can someone point me in the right direction?
