does anyone know of a program that will record streaming video to my HD? i've been looking for something and have had no luck. download.com had a program but the link to the download and the manufacturer's website was broken and can't find it anywhere else. if anyone has a program or knows where i can get one please let me know. thanx.

Theres a program called asf recorder, it records most streaming formats.
search for ASF Recorder in yahoo. It will probably come up as the first match.

see my reply to slurpswirl dated 10.06.01 this forum.
you need a player--sometimes real player, url snooper, asfrecorder or streambox, and a pgm called tinra if you want to convert real media to something else. all these pgms reside on my hd. if you want to get them, hook up to morpheus and do a search. let me know and i'll hook up so you can get em. i do not do irc. -
