Ripping of DVD for streaming

How do I get the format into .wmv from DVD.

For instance I have .VOB and .IFO after ripping the DVD from DVD decrypter.

My end format must be in .mp4 or .wmv with audio selection of both Mandarin and English, along with subtitling as well.
These are for streaming purposes.

I am wondering if anyone can provide me a better procedure.

FYI, from DVD, it is in NTSC and I wanted the end format in PAL.


I know program like Procoder and Episode are able to do the conversion. However, it does not seem to get the subtitle out for me.

Use DVDFab.

Or use free tools like dvdfab decrypter and convert to mp4 with handbrake or staxrip.

What happen if I have Side A and Side B of the movie which need to join them together before converting them?

Handbrake is mainly for MP4, right?
It will also detect if I have 2 subtitles and audios?

How do I have the subtitle (.IFO) burnt in to the video?
That will be my final product.

I just read that VOB2MPG might work on my end, but the subtitle is my main issue.
