    Seriously though, is it with just that one disc? Its probably means that the DVD-RW is messed up, so just throw it away.

    that's a Princo 1X DVD-RW disc, i've messed up my burn, couldn't full-erase it so I did a quick-erase, now the dvd finds the disc with that capacity, i've tried a full erase after (which took approx.. 5 seconds) and still result.. 22 gig.. didn't tried to re-record it yet.. should be fun..

    by the way, another great messed up that happened.. dvd writer installed fine and driver where good, since my last restart (2or 3 restart after the driver installation) I got what appear in the image. My Burner is a LG.

  5. Princo has been known for crappy discs. Try another -RW disc and see if it works. Try a good brand though, TDK, Apple, Maxell, etc.

    Princo and Ritek -RW do suck. I like the -R, but not the -RW.

    Just FULL ERASE it. Write some files. See what it does. It's a $2 disc, so no big loss if it's killed. Buy a Sony -RW disc.
