I think you need to read some of the guides on this website. Your question is amazingly vague as you don't give hardly any details at all. This makes me think (along with your number of posts which is rather low) that you are a "newbie". Nothing wrong with that BUT you need to perhaps do some more reading so you understand enough to either figure it out on your own or at least gain the base knowledge you need to properly explain your question with the details that are needed. Such as ... what format are the files in now (this includes video and audio)? What program(s) do you normally use (if any yet) for doing MPEG-2 encoding? etc.

Often times the answer you seek is in the details you provide.
