Joining mpa and mpv files help

I am now using 0.0.7, but my last version was 6m and I didnt have the resources installed properly so after trying to convert to a SVCD using the SVCD ntsc pre-set, the decoding stopped leaving me with, besides the vob, a large mpv file and the accompanying mpa file.

How do I finish combining them to get my mpeg or must I start over?

Combining them is "muxing" and you can just select them in the Tools and click on "Mux as".

thanks. however, now the audio is out of sync. i've been using the SVCD preset with the mplayer decode on vobs < 4 GB (this one I'm doing now is 3.1GB), but i've been getting audio sync problems on about 75% of my attempts or the video "freeze" using the settings mentioned.

I finally started gettinggood results using the above settings and now they seem to be failing. I've stopped trying with vobs > 4GB, altogether.
