ulead pictureshow no burner found

i have ulead pictureshow 2 and get a no burner found when i try to make a disc.i have a plextor cx-4012a and nero ,clone cd and cdr-win on my comp .i have used all the updates and patchs but no luck help

Can nero or anything else find your burner?

Try uninstalling and then re-installing the program and then see if it detects the drive.

If you continue to have trouble, register your software and then log in to the Ulead Web site.

It will ask specific questions about your system.

I've used the form and I get tech support responses back within a week.
