Well, I decided to make the switch today from my ATI AIW8500DV to the Canopus ADVC 100. Recent problems with my ATI and a lot of lost hair had me make the switch. This question is for all of you Canopus veterans out their. What is the best software to use to capture the DV? I would like something like VirtualDub that will give me dropped frame info, file size, etc, etc. I know Adobe Premiere and other high end software can do the trick but I wanted something small and easy to use like virtualdub. I know many use DVIO but I did not see any dropped frame or other expanded info given by the app. Any other suggestions about the Canopus?

    Thanks

  3. I use ScenalizerLive. It is worth all of the $30 that it costs. Never had a dropped frame. I'll say that again: never had a dropped frame
