I was wondering if somebody living in a ntsc land is interested in capturing a 30 sec long sample from tv in 352x240 29.97 fps using picvideo mjpeg with quality 19 or morgan mjpeg with quality 90. I'm living in a pal land and capturing 352x288 25 fps using picvideo or morgan with the settings as above is enough for getting great quality when encoded to a standard vcd. I don't now if this works for ntsc and therefore this sample file is needed for testing.
If someone is interested in this, please let me now so i can put my ftp server online.
