I have a video that has a framerate of 29.971 FPS(Standard is 29.97) that i would like to make a SVCD out of. I read on one of the guides here that DVD players can only play standard framerates....
Will a DVD player be able to handle a framerate thats off by 0.1 FPS?
Help is much appriciated
