I am trying to work out what are the best settings in the creation of a SVCD/XVCD to eliminate the stutter that I get when playing it in my DVD player. The max bit rate I can get is about 2500 but I do not know what other settings I can play with the alter this undesirable affect. I would like to have at least SVCD quality.
Does anyone have any ideas ?
