this is probably very simple for most of you programmers out there. thanx for taking ur time to help out a newbie.
i know its done using a hex-editor, which i just downloaded and grasped the basics of. I just don't understand wat is meant by "patching" from 0xE0 to 0xE1?

hmm... no one know show to change the video-stream index of an mpg file from 0 to 1? or 1 to 2?

just look out for 00 00 01 e0 hex sequences...
and replace them by 00 00 01 e1... that's it...
(but it's a bit hacky...) -
I've used TSCV to do this (www.ttool.org) when creating still menus. The option is under the stills tab (btw - it's a really nice program).
