I'm running ProjectX to demux my Oz DTV files ex Topfield PVRt5000. Does a fantastic job of fixing the odd transmission errors etc. I would like to be able to modify one element in the Pre-Settings menu.

My version (ProjectX 0.90.4.00./30.03.06) has in the pre-settings section under the Video tab the setting "computed maximum<=9.0 Mbps(DVD)" I would like to change that figure down to 8.0 Mbps. Is there a way to do this?

Wouldn't "Computed Average" accomplish almost the same thing ?
