Smart Ripper2.34 problem

I am having a problem to Rip one DVD. Smart riiper says "No keys found to this encrypted file". Before authentiaction, smart ripper says "ERROR: DVD structure Reading".

Can any one of you give me the solution to rip DVD successfully.
Am I doing any thing wrong?
Please give me the soulution to solve the problem.

Just a guess but that could be either a bad media or DVD drive problem. Try it on a friends computer and see if it goes away.

Some other DVDs also gave ERROR: DVD structure Reading. But, Iam successful in DVD rip.
