First time i use this software today and i can't seem to have it not reencode all the videos.
I did a test with womble video wizard dvd yesterday, same videos, everything is fine only a few audio tracks are rencoded which is perfect how can i do that with TGA4 , thanks in advance.
I have noticed an option which is grayed out in MPEG settings called transcoder settings >transcoder engine "Intercom", perhaps it's related to my problem what do you think ?
The videos i use were recorded from digital tv (.ts) with a bitrate of 15000 kbps VBR. I have edited all of them with womble and archived in .mpg using smart rendering.
In TGA4 i get a warning for all of them or most "bitrate too high"

Ok i found out finally. I have enabled do not link & do not adjust size (Track Settings (Source tab)), and change the AR aswell for the 4/3 sources i have (Edit > clip properties) since it's a DVD 16/9 project.
Then in the Add Source Tab there is a SR note (smart rendering) or FR (full rendering) inserted on the thumbs for us to keep an eye on, very useful.
I like this software, 26min to make the export of 1h15 footage and better looking menus (with motion) than womble.*** DIGITIZING VHS / ANALOG VIDEOS SINCE 2001**** GEAR: JVC HR-S7700MS, TOSHIBA V733EF AND MORE
