VCDCutter Jerky Video Problem!!!! ( please help)

I have one problem with VCDCutter (the latest version) and maybe you could help me. Whenever I cut a video from the center or any part other than the beginning the video has a jerky playback. If I cut the video from the first frame of the clip to the center then it's fine. If I cut anywhere other than the first frame the video plays jerky, what could be causing this to happen. I am using the Radeon and a bit rate of 2.09 which should work ok.

Hopefully someone could shed some light on this matter.

it's good to me but i use the demo so i have only fews second play back. are u using the full one? . All i do is dividen it into 3 or 2 pieces.
if u have fullversion , can i dl from u?
