There is a way to solution it. I'm frameserving from Virtual Dub to Tmpeg. I know that may be there programs to change the subs rate, but I don't know if they are good.
What is the best thing to do?
Try StreamFab Downloader and download from Netflix, Amazon, Youtube! Or Try DVDFab and copy Blu-rays!
