    I've tried AC3 audio decoder. I get a very small file with a little bit
    of audio. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. Is there a howto somewhere for this?

    Sounds like you want to convert ac3 to wav, then burn the wavs as onto an audio CD? BeSweet and HeadAC3he:
