I have just about gone blind searching for the answer to my questions.
I have two bin cue files that convert to two svcd's.
How does one convert these into one(something) so that it can be burned to a dvd. The guides here talk a great deal about this but I think I need a bouncing ball type instructions. I don't necessarily require freeware. If anyone can help me with this, I will be eternally grateful.

first you need to extract the svcd mpg files from the bin. use cdmage and extract the mpg from each bin.

After that just follow any SVCD to DVD guide with whatever tools u want.

Thanks to Treebeard and Baldrick for your quick response. I will try them both and report back. I would like to know more about the suggested net requirements though. Thanks again
