TSCV refuse to create bin/cue... help?

Using TSCV v0.72 beta rel 7 with GNU VCDImager 0.7.10.

First time using this proggy, trying to create a menu with chapter selection on a standard compliant VCD.

I used TMPGEnc 12i to encode a standard compliant vcd mpg. Then i loaded it into TSCV and entered all my necessary chapter entrypoints and then hit "create bin/cue".

This is the error message that popped up:

Don't know how to fix. Please help.

Problem solved. Seems like some files in my CDi folder were corrupted? Anyways, replaced the CDi folder in my TSCV folder with the CDi folder in Nero and everything is working again.
