IC7 Vs other options

I am new to all this, recently I used IC7 to backup a movie and I am happy with the outcome. But, I see a lot of people talking about other solutions such as Tempenc, CCE & DVD2ONE.

I am in the process of trying out TEMPenc, but what is CCE and where can I get a trial version of it?

Also, can the experts rate the following:

I am not inerested in the menus, extras or encoding time; only the quality of the main movie. With this is mind how would you rate the following compared to the original pcture quality (0 -100%):

DVD 2 ONE
Instant Copy 7
CCE
TEMPenc Plus
