I have alot of movies I have backed up to my hard drive. Most of them are about 600MB in size. I would like to put them on DVD for play in my DVD player. However when I put the file in sonic DVD it says to total size is over 4.7GB, I'm I missing something here![]()

well first you need to throw away sonic my dvd. that software sucks. when you load up a mpeg or avi or any other kind of video. it automatically converts the audio to to pcm format so that will eat up about a gig of space on the dvd. so basicly you will only be able to fit a movie that is little over a hour long. the only way around this if you still want to use this software is to convert the audio yourself to dvd (48000kps 192 birate for example).
