    In the media compatibility area I saw some people who have had great luck with kHypermedia DVD-R and some people who can't get them to burn. I fall into the second category. I'm using the latest rev "F" firmware and the latest Nero (5.5.9.17).

    Can anyone who's not having problems provide their config info so I can compare? I'm 0 for 4 with this combination of drive/media, and I have a few more spindles of the media that I'd like to be able to use!

    I think it just depends on the batch.
    My first batch (5 in jewel cases) bought at OM a few months ago, worked great!
    My last batch (bought last night) 10 in a spindle (also bought at OM)
    were terrible

    Both batches show up as "CMC" in Nero CD Speed media info...

    Maybe quality control problems?
    I also have new firmware, but...
