Picture distortion

I have made a dvd from vcd files using spruceup, but when i play it in my standalone player the bottom of the picture keeps distorting.

This is wot ive done:-

Simple de-multiplex the dat file with tmpgenc (2.5.10).
split the wav file from the dat in virtualdub.
name the 2 resulting files the same.
Add media set in spruceup.
Write title set to new folder on hard drive.
Burn using data option with Prassi.

If i simulate in spruceup there isnt any distortion.

Can n e 1 help please.
