  1. I am trying to rip a dvd using dvdx. I have been using one of the guides which is on here. I have dvdx but I do not know where to get the panasonic plug in. Also once I have it where do I put it ? and what does the file extension look like.

Also where have all off King John's guides gone ?. They are really helpful.

  3. You are referring to the commercial Panasonic MPEG Encoder Adobe Premiere plug-in version.

You can find the demo and on-line purchace details here: https://www.videohelp.com/tools

As for KingJohn's guides, he was banned and he requested his guides to be taken down.

  4. Good luck trying to get the Panasonic plugin to work with DVDx. I've tried every which way and still can't get it to work. DVDx encodes about 6 frames then stops. If you figure out how to use it let me know!

  5. Don't know about DVDx (I don't use it), but the Panasonic MPEG encoder plugin works brilliantly with FlaskMPEG.

IMHO, the Panasonic MPEG encoder creates the best quality (on average) MPEG-1 video at VCD settings. TMPGEnc is pretty good too and many people consider it to be the best ... but it doesn't come in the form of an Adobe Premiere plugin...
